Terms and Conditions
- Cancellations or amendments must be made in writing and received by Exmouth Adventure Co before the time constraints detailed within out Cancellation Policy. To avoid any miscommunications, requests for cancellations, or amendments over the phone will not be accepted.
- It is the responsibility of the person booking the tour on behalf on and participants to ensure that the participants are aware of all conditions and cancelation policies relating to the tour.
- All Tours are subject to weather conditions
- All passengers participating in tours run by Exmouth Adventure Co will be required to sign a waiver and indicate required medical information.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Learn to Surf and Stand up Paddle Boarding: If you cancel within 72 hours of tour commencement then you forfeit 100% of tour cost, no refunds are then given. If conditions are unsuitable we will advise another day to rebook or offer a full refund.
Full Day, Half Day and 2 Hour Tours: If you cancel within 72 hours of tour commencement then you forfeit 100% of tour cost, no refunds are then given.
3 Day Tours/4 Day Tours: At least 14 days notice of cancellation is required. If you cancel within 14 days of tour commencement then you forfeit 100% of tour cost, no refunds are then given. We advise you to have travel insurance cover to cover the cost of the tour in the case of emergencies, travel delays or unforeseen changes.
5/7 & 14 Day Tours: At least 30 days notice of cancellation is required. If you cancel within 30 days of tour commencement then you forfeit 100% of tour cost, no refunds are then given. We advise you to have travel insurance cover to cover the cost of the tour in the case of emergencies, travel delays or unforeseen changes.
What if there is bad weather?
If we cancel due to bad weather, we will either re-schedule your tour or refund your full tour cost.
Some booking agents may charge an administration fee, Exmouth Adventure Co do not.
In the event of the tour being aborted for unforeseen reasons a possible partial refund will be considered upon application for full paying customers
Exmouth Adventure Co reserve the right to remove customers from tour's or split apart participants if they cannot speak or understand sufficient English, cannot swim at least 100mtrs and/or weighing over 115kg. This policy is legally binding document between Department of Parks and Wildlife and Exmouth Adventure Co operational guidelines under duty of care to participants. This option is exercised at the guides discretion depending on environmental factors and participant ability

THE WAY WE USE INFORMATION
We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

We offer gift vouchers by which you can personalise a product you order for another person. Information you provide to us to create a gift voucher is only used for that purpose, and it is only disclosed to the person receiving the gift.
We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
You can register within our website if you would like to receive our newsletter and regular monthly photographs, as well as updates on our products and services. Information you submit on our website will not be used for this purpose unless you fill out the newsletter registration form.
Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

Whale Shark Tour: Exmouth Adventure Company outsources this product to another company, Charter 1. In the event of Charter 1 cancelling a tour or if a whale shark is not sighted during the tour all customers will be subject to Charter 1's Refund Policy as listed below.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PLANES DON'T SPOT A WHALE SHARK ON THE DAY OF OUR TOUR?
If we don’t find you a Whale Shark to swim with on the day of your tour we will issue you with a voucher valid for the next available date. Should there not be availability during your stay in Exmouth, the voucher will be valid for up to 2 years. If you will not be returning to Exmouth you are welcome to utilise your voucher for one of Charter 1's Eco Tours departing from Fremantle (Rottnest or Carnac Island).
WHALE SHARK SWIM & ECO TOUR BOOKINGS
At least a 50% deposit of the total booking fee is required to secure your place. Remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days prior to your departure date.
Date transfers (rescheduling) are permitted up to 7 days prior to the departure date, any changes made 7 days - 48 hours prior will incur a $25.00 re-booking fee.
No rescheduling is permitted within 48 hours of the departure date.
Cancellations made 7 days - 72 hours prior to the departure date will result in the loss of 25% of the total booking fee.
Cancellations made 48-72 hours prior to the departure date will result in the loss of 50% of the total booking fee.
Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to the departure date will not be refunded.
Cruise departures are subject to weather conditions. Tour departures are subject to minimum numbers."
