Exmouth Adventure Co (EAC) tours and lessons are subject to weather conditions and minimum numbers requirements. EAC reserves the right to cancel due to weather conditions, if minimum numbers have not been met, or for other unforeseen circumstances. Every effort will be made to re-schedule if this is the case, otherwise a full refund will be issued.

Cancellations or amendments must be made in writing (email) and received by Exmouth Adventure Co before the time constraints detailed within the Cancellation Policy. To avoid any miscommunications, requests for cancellations, or amendments over the phone will not be accepted.

Due to the nature of our tours, weather, local council or government regulations may require changes to be made to the itineraries, or cancellation of certain excursions. Every attempt will be made to adhere to the itineraries described within the tour itinerary. In the event of changes, travellers have no right to any refund or other compensation. Should you choose not to take part in any activity, or make use of services provided, no refund will be made.

It is the responsibility of the person booking the tour on behalf of all participants to ensure that the participants are aware of all conditions and cancellation policies relating to the tour.

All passengers participating in tours or lessons run by Exmouth Adventure Co will be required to sign a waiver and indicate required medical information.

EAC tours are intended for persons in reasonable health. By forwarding the tour deposit or payment you certify that you do not have any physical conditions or disabilities that would create a hazard for you or other passengers. Exmouth Adventure Co. reserves the right to decline to accept you should your health, actions or general deportment impede the operation of the tour, or rights, welfare or enjoyment of other travellers.

There is a maximum weight limit on our kayaks of 110kg per person.

All safety instruction and interpretation is delivered in English only. Participants will need to have a sufficient level of English to be able to understand safety instructions.

Exmouth Adventure Co reserves the right to remove customers from tours or split apart participants if they cannot speak or understand sufficient English to understand safety instructions, or weigh over 110kg. This policy is part of Exmouth Adventure Co's operational guidelines and our duty of care to participants. This option is exercised at the guide's discretion, depending on environmental factors, group dynamics and participant ability.

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Exmouth Adventure Co has the following non-refundable cancellation policy for tours:

Half Day Turtle Tour: 72 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your tour within 72 hours of tour departure, the full amount of the tour will be charged, no refunds are given.

Full Day Lagoon Explorer: 72 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your tour within 72 hours of tour departure, the full amount of the tour will be charged, no refunds are given.

Learn to Surf or SUP Lessons: 72 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your tour within 72 hours of tour departure, the full amount of the tour will be charged, no refunds are given.

Turquoise Bay Snorkel Tour: 72 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your tour within 72 hours of tour departure, the full amount of the tour will be charged, no refunds are given.

3-Day Reef & Beach: 30 day cancellation policy. If you cancel your tour within 30 days of tour departure, the full amount of the tour will be charged, no refunds are given. We advise you to take out travel insurance to cover the cost of the tour in the case of emergencies, travel delays or unforeseen changes.

5-Day Ultimate Safari: 30 day cancellation policy. If you cancel your tour within 30 days of tour departure, the full amount of the tour will be charged, no refunds are given. We advise you to take out travel insurance to cover the cost of the tour in the case of emergencies, travel delays or unforeseen changes.

In the event of the tour being aborted once underway for unforeseen reasons, a possible partial refund will be considered upon application for full paying customers.

PRIVACY STATEMENT

 

Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used.

THE WAY WE USE INFORMATION

We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

Gift vouchers can be purchased and personalised to gift a tour product or amount to another person. Information you provide to us to create a gift voucher is only used for that purpose, and is only disclosed to the person receiving the gift.

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
